Group + Party Member Information

Congratulations! You’re attending a Golden Hour Mobile Spray Tan small group or private party. Before we can get glowing, we’ll need to gather some information.

1. Fill out a Client Intake form.

2. Review & Follow Prep Instructions until your appointment.

3. Arrive spray-tan-ready. You’ll fill out a service consent & get glowing!

No deposit or travel fees are collected from group + party members. Service total is due at the end of each tan. The order of tans is determined by the order of service consent forms received.
