24-48 hrs. before - mitt or scrub, no oils. Skipping this step is the #1 cause of patchy results.
Shave or Wax
12-24 hrs. before - never the same day. Fresh follicles can cause dark spots.
Moisturize Daily
In the days leading up, stay hydrated. Drink water and apply a good oil-free moisturizer.
Come Clean
No lotions, oils, skin-care products, deodorant, makeup or perfume the day of your appointment. Makeup wipes are available.
Wear Dark, Loose Clothing
Stay in comfortable, dark colored, loose clothing after your appointment for about 24 hours.

First Rinse
Lukewarm water, no soap, no scrubbing, hands only, rinse until water runs clear, pat to dry.
Moisturize Daily
Dry skin makes tan fades faster and less evenly.
Second Shower
Gentle soaps only, dry carefully.
24-48 Hours After
Avoid tight clothing, rain, crying, swimming, or sweating.
*Moms: Be careful of cuddling/breastfeeding babies. Your bronzer can transfer to the baby until the tan is fully developed, especially if you do not rinse properly.
First Week
No exfoliating, oils, waxing or chlorine.
